HORTON-IN-RIBBLESDALE Settle 6 miles; Ingleton 10 miles. This beautiful Ribblesdale village sits within the National Park and provides home to lots of pretty traditional Dales buildings, a lovely Norman church, a village shop and two pubs. The surrounding countryside is magnificent, offering the ideal location for fell walking, with the famous Three Peaks Walk being one of many nearby, whilst the Settle to Carlisle Railway runs through Horton and sometimes features steam trains, a sight not to be missed! An excellent touring base for the Yorkshire Dales, with the Lake District also within easy reach. Accessible by public transport. The Property: West View Cottage Horton-in-Ribblesdale 0.5 miles.
