Jun 2007 | We had initially wondered if the coach house might be located a little too near the Hall but our concerns were completely unfounded as the position is superb. The garden and grounds of the Hall are wonderful - and to have unlimited access to these was a delight and a bonus. The immediate area is a walkers paradise. We went on a local walk the first day and thought we had died and gone to heaven when we saw literally masses of bluebells, primrose, cowslip, wild garlic and the jewel in the crown - bee orchids. The coach house was the ideal base for a very memorable holiday.
Mrs Gale, King's Lynn, Norfolk
May 2007 | Excellent accommodation. Very good and friendly owners. Gardens were superb for a stroll and house faced south west so we even managed 2 early evening BBQs, not bad for April!
Mr Shepherd, Arbroath, Angus
Apr 2007 | The cottage exceeded my expectations. It was extremely comfortable and very peaceful. The owner was helpful and welcoming: it was lovely to be able to walk in the extensive grounds. The location was excellent - we walked from the cottage in different directions; as keen walkers, there were many good walks to choose from of varying lengths. Also the pub in the village served very good food and was also within walking distance. We would definitely like to return!
Mrs Lambert, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
